ZT-VI-25 Industrial Fogging System

The ZT-VI-25 Industrial Fogging System is a high-performance misting solution designed for efficient dust suppression, cooling, humidification, and industrial environmental control. Built with durable stainless steel components and powered by an advanced industrial pump, this system delivers reliable performance and long service life in demanding environments.

Equipped with 12 precision nozzles, the ZT-VI-25 produces fine fog droplets ranging from 50-300 μm, ensuring effective atomization and optimal coverage. The powerful pump operates at 0.5-2.5 MPa pressure, allowing users to adjust droplet size—higher pressure produces finer mist for enhanced dispersion.

The system features a horizontal spray range of up to 25 meters in wind-free conditions, making it suitable for warehouses, workshops, factories, agricultural facilities, and other industrial spaces.

For maximum flexibility, the fogging unit includes multi-axis adjustability. The pitch angle can be adjusted from -5° to 35°, while the horizontal rotation range extends from 0° to 340°, enabling precise targeting of spray coverage. A linear actuator lifting mechanism ensures stable operation and easy positioning.

The ZT-VI-25 supports manual and remote control, offering a dual-control system with automatic operation capability for convenient and efficient management. Electrical components are designed to operate reliably within an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 50°C, using high-quality Chint electrical components.

With a total power consumption of ≤5 kW, a flow rate of approximately 0.3 m³/h, and customizable voltage and frequency options, the ZT-VI-25 provides an energy-efficient and adaptable solution for industrial misting applications.
