The Y120D is a CNC-controlled hydraulic hose crimper designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assembly and crimping of steel or irregular-shaped pipes. It features a forged-steel machine head, magnetic (patented) dies, a foot pedal, and high crimp accuracy.
Crimping range is 3 mm to 80 mm. It can handle up to 2" 4SP hydraulic hose with an inner diameter of 51 mm.
The machine provides 2000 kN (200 T) crimping force and the CNC system delivers crimp accuracy within 0.01 mm.
It uses a CNC operation panel for user-friendly controls and a SIEMENS PLC for reliable operation and process control.
Yes. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal to allow hands-free operation during crimping.
Dimensions are 650 × 500 × 730 mm (L × W × H), net weight is 248 kg. Matching power is 4 kW and the machine supports power voltages from 110 V to 480 V.
The machine head is made from forged steel (Cr40) for durability. Dies are manufactured from Cr12 tool steel. The front cover, cylinder and piston use Chrome40 forging for improved fatigue resistance.
The machine comes with 10 die sets. Master die length is 80 mm; available die lengths include 45 mm, 50 mm, 65 mm and 80 mm.
The patented strong magnetic connection allows quick, convenient removal and installation of dies via cutting-the-edge magnetic connection technology, reducing setup time and improving consistency.
Primarily designed for high-pressure hydraulic hose assemblies (including 2" 4SP hoses). It can also crimp steel pipes, especially larger or irregularly shaped pipes.
Provide a stable, level surface capable of supporting the 248 kg machine, correct voltage within 110–480 V range, proper grounding, adequate ventilation and safe access for operators. Professional electrical hookup and grounding are recommended.
Keep the machine clean, regularly inspect and replace hydraulic fluid and filters per manufacturer guidance, check seals and hoses for wear, keep dies and mating surfaces clean, and follow periodic inspection schedules. Use only recommended hydraulic oil and contact the supplier for service intervals.
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, eye protection), keep hands clear of the die area during operation, use the foot pedal as intended, ensure emergency stops are functional, and follow lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance. Train operators on safe use and machine-specific hazards.
Contact the manufacturer or authorized supplier to order replacement dies, spare parts or service. Provide the machine model (Y120D) and die specifications when requesting parts to ensure compatibility.
