Pyrolysis is well established technique for decomposition of waste plastic , tires, oil sludge to fuel oil and carbon black in the absence of oxygen. The main advantage of the pyrolysis plant is the reduction in volume of the waste ,at the same time , this project can bring great benefits to people in the context of energy shortages.

2. No need the catalyst during the whole pyrolysis process.
3. No pollution. The smoke produced will be purified by our dedusting device ,finally reached emission standard.
4. 100% Safety. The pyrolysis reactor is made of Q245R/Q345R boilerplate, which is high pressure and high-temperature resistance that ensure its longer service life. Adding perfect hot seal technology to ensure operation safely.
5. No waste left after the pyrolysis process, the syngas(combustible gas) is recycled into the furnace to heat reactor instead of heating material.
6. It is easier to obtain economic value by recycling waste tires and plastics by pyrolysis process.
7. For 10ton waste tires or plastic , it will take about 24 hours to finish one batch.
