The V11 is a high-speed single-spindle BT40 CNC vertical machining center designed for high-speed, high-precision product processing. It features a Fanuc control system, a direct-drive spindle (standard 12,000 rpm), Taiwan grinding double-nut ball screws, roller linear guides, and is optimized for dynamic response and rigidity.
The machine is equipped with a Fanuc control system (Fanuc 0i-MF series as listed).
Standard spindle: BT40 direct-drive spindle with a maximum speed of 12,000 rpm. A higher-speed spindle option up to 15,000 rpm is shown in the specifications (different motor power ratings apply).
Spindle motor power is listed as 11 kW (continuous) or 15 kW (peak) for the standard 12,000 rpm spindle. The 15,000 rpm spindle option shows different motor power options (9/11/15 kW) as per the detailed spec.
Worktable dimensions are 1200 mm × 600 mm. Maximum table load is 750 kg. Table T-slots: 5 slots, 18 × 120 mm.
Axis travels: X = 1100 mm, Y = 600 mm, Z = 600 mm. Distance from spindle nose to workbench: 100–700 mm. Distance from spindle center to column guide: 670 mm.
Standard tool magazine holds 24 tools. Maximum tool diameter (with adjacent pockets free) is Ø80 mm, maximum tool length is 300 mm, and maximum tool weight is 8 kg. Typical tool change time is about 2 seconds.
Rapid (fast) feed speeds are listed as X/Y/Z = 36/36/30 m/min. Cutting feed speed is listed as 8 m/min.
Positioning accuracy is specified at 0.008 mm and repeatability at 0.005 mm.
The V11 uses Taiwan-brand grinding double-nut ball screws for the three axes and three-axis roller linear guides for high load capacity, low friction, and good low-speed performance. Screw support bearings use diluted lubrication as specified.
Floor area (L×W×H): 2800 × 2400 × 2950 mm. Integrated weight: 6500 kg. Power requirement is listed as 20 kVA. Air demand is specified as 6–8 kg/cm² with an air flow listed as 280 m³/min (use supplier confirmation for pneumatic hookup details).
The machine casting and structure were analyzed using finite element analysis (FEA) for both static and dynamic behavior to ensure high rigidity of the whole structure, improving precision and stability during high-speed machining.
The V11 is intended for product-processing industries that require high-speed, high-precision drilling and milling—typical applications include precision components, mold and die work, automotive and aerospace parts, and other high-precision production machining tasks.
The specification sheet indicates different spindle options (e.g., a 15,000 rpm spindle variant) and multiple motor power ratings. For other options (coolant systems, enclosures, alternative controls, automation or pallet systems), contact the manufacturer or sales representative to discuss available customizations and factory pricing.
Follow standard preventative maintenance: keep linear guides and ball screws properly lubricated (the machine uses diluted lubrication for screw support bearings), regularly inspect spindle condition and tool holders, maintain coolant and filtration systems if fitted, check tool magazine operation, and follow the Fanuc controller preventive checklist. For detailed schedules and service procedures, request the machine maintenance manual from the supplier.
