Part 1:Cooking System
Cooking system is consists of jacket cooker and storage tank.Jacket cooker can dissolve sugar and maltose rapidly, reach full uniform effects of dissolving Storage tank is used to storage liquid and decrease the temperature of liquid.
Part2:Depositing System
High accuracy fabrication technology for deposit piston and copper makes the same candy weight.Flavor and color mixer can effectively mix flavor color and other ingredients.The an oil-spraying machine makes the candy easier to demold.
Part3:Cooling System
The cooling system is used to cool the temperature of the candy.Stable running with low noise and long life. it is much stronger than other factory with 1mm or 2mm thickness frame.
Other Parts
Pour the boiled syrup into the hopper and deposit it into the mold.
After cooling, the mold will be extruded, and then the candy will be extruded.
The gummy candy is sent to the outlet by the conveyor belt, during which it will be cooled again.
The finished gummy candy falls into a special plastic plate and is collected.
