Model AKM1325-4R. It's a 4-axis, 4-head CNC router designed mainly for 3D wood carving and cylinder engraving, capable of simultaneous or independent operation of four rotaries and spindles.
Each rotary/spindle has an effective working area up to 200 mm diameter by 2400 mm length.
Four 2.2 kW water-cooled spindles (one per rotary). Drive uses stepper motors with Leadshine M860 drivers for X/Y and a Yako 2D811 driver for Z.
Maximum motion speed is 32,000 mm/min and maximum engraving speed is 20,000 mm/min.
The machine uses the Mach3 control system. Supported graphic/file formats include G-code, *.uoo, *.mmg, and *.plt. Compatible CAD/CAM software: ArtCAM, Aspire, PowerMill and many other Open-style CAM programs that can output G-code.
XY axes use rack-and-gear transmission; Z axis uses a Taiwan TBI ball screw. The bed is integrally cast for high rigidity and accuracy, and the machine uses imported high-accuracy ball screws for stable movement.
Four Fuling inverters for the spindles and French Schneider low-voltage electrical components are fitted. Machine can be configured for AC220V 1PH or 380V 3PH (50/60 Hz); other voltages can be customized.
Yes — it includes an auto oil lubrication system for gears, racks, ball screws, runner blocks, and bearings. A toolbox is supplied with collets, stands, clips, spanners, and basic accessories.
It's optimized for wood carving (solid wood, MDF, plywood). With appropriate tooling and cutting parameters it can also process plastics and many non-ferrous materials; consult the supplier for specifics and parameter recommendations for metals.
Spindles are water-cooled, which reduces noise, helps dissipate heat for long-duration cutting, and supports stable high-power cutting performance.
Packed size: 3430 x 2170 x 1840 mm. Net weight approximately 900 kg; gross weight approximately 1200 kg.
Standard offerings vary by supplier. Many sellers provide on-site installation, commissioning and operator training for an additional fee or as part of the purchase — contact your vendor to confirm available services, lead times and costs.
Regularly check and top up the auto lubrication, keep the water cooling system clean and leak-free, inspect and tighten mechanical fasteners, clean dust/debris from rails and drives, periodically check belt/gear wear and spindle runout, and follow the supplier's maintenance schedule.
Common spare parts (collets, belts, bearings, inverters, drives, spindle components) are typically available through the supplier or authorized distributors. Ask your vendor for a recommended spare-parts list and lead times.
Warranty terms are set by the seller and may vary; please confirm duration and coverage with your supplier before purchase. For safety, ensure proper electrical grounding, use appropriate PPE, and follow recommended operating procedures; check with the vendor about emergency-stop configuration and safety documentation.
