Usage method

1. Start the machine after adding hyperbolic gear oil into the gearbox. 2. Install the feed granulator stably, adjust the tightness of the belt, check whether the steering meets the requirements, and check whether the screws at all parts are loose. Loosen the clearance adjusting screws on the roller shaft seat to make the feed granulator in a no-load state. It can be put into use after it is started and operated normally. 3. Before the first use of the new machine, take 10 jin of Jumu (or grass powder) vegetable oil or waste engine oil and mix well. Screw the clearance adjusting screw to make the two rolling speeds consistent. Gradually add the refuelling feed, and continue to screw the adjusting screw of the pressing wheel until the extruded granular material is slowly produced. Repeatedly roll and extrude to make the mold hole lubricated smoothly, and then slowly add the mixed feed to be processed. If you feel that the mold hole resistance is large, the output is low or the material is not discharged, you can grind the template repeatedly according to the above method to make the mold hole lubricated smoothly before processing. 4. During feed processing, if there is more refined fiber, add about 5% water. If there is more refined fiber in the mixed feed, add less water as appropriate. After processing, add a little oil mixed with edible oil in advance, which is conducive to the next startup and avoid the feed drying in the hole after shutdown. 5. After processing, loosen the clearance adjusting screw to make the roller in a free state, and remove the upper and lower parts after shutdown The remaining materials in the warehouse accumulate dirt, especially the remaining materials under the throwing plate, so as to avoid damaging the extraction bearing.
