The SKG-812M is a computerized multi-spindle industrial woodworking CNC router specifically built for door and cabinet making, as well as heavy milling, cutting and shaping of wood-based panels and similar materials.
Working range is X = 1300 mm, Y = 2500 mm, Z = 200 mm.
It uses a powerful 12 kW imported automatic tool-change spindle with ISO30 taper and ER32 collet, rated to 24,000 rpm. It is suitable for heavy cutting and milling while providing a smooth surface finish.
The ATC is a 12-tool round magazine using ISO30 chucks with ER32 collets (12 tools total).
The machine is equipped with a dry-type vacuum pump, 7.5 kW, with a suction flow rate of approximately 250 m³/h.
The vacuum table has a 28 mm thick PVC top, divided into 4 independent zones. Each zone has six large suction holes to ensure even adsorption; each area can be controlled independently.
The machine uses a Taiwan Syntec control system with user-friendly interface. It employs Taiwan Syntec servo motors and FASTON reducers for accurate, stable motion. A Taiwan Delta frequency inverter manages spindle drive with good anti-interference performance.
Processing precision is ±0.05 mm and repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.01 mm.
Max speeds: X-axis 80 m/min, Y-axis 80 m/min, Z-axis 20 m/min.
The SKG-812M is intended for wood and wood-based panels (doors, cabinets) and supports CAD/CAM software such as Jdpaint and Alphacam. It recognizes G-code (*.NC) files.
The body is cast steel that has undergone aging and tempering treatments for solidity and durability. Total net weight is about 2800 kg, indicating a heavy-duty build for stability during high-speed operations.
Power supply: 380 V, 3-phase, 50 Hz. Packing size is approximately 4300 x 2300 x 2500 mm; net machine weight is about 2800 kg.
Routine tasks include cleaning and checking the vacuum pump filters and lines, keeping the ATC magazine and spindle taper clean, lubricating ball screws and guideways per schedule, checking belt and rack/gear condition, and verifying control/servo connections. Follow the supplier's detailed maintenance schedule for intervals.
The machine uses Taiwan Syntec and Delta components which have global support networks. For machine-specific installation, commissioning, operator training and warranty/after-sales, contact the supplier or manufacturer to confirm available services, response times and warranty terms.
Common options for similar CNC routers include different spindle power/speed choices, larger tool magazines, additional vacuum zones, dust collection packages, rotary attachments and tooling kits. Contact the supplier to discuss available options and custom configurations for the SKG-812M.
