General Introduction:
This filling sealing machine is designed specially for plastic or aluminum-plastic composite tube filling and sealing. It adopts piston filling method and ultrasonic tube sealing method. Filling is accurate. Sealing more tight and beautiful. The sealing result is not affected if there is impurity inside tube.
MT-6A automatic ultrasonic soft tube filling sealing machine is a high-tech product which successfully developed and designed by adopting advanced technology from abroad and strictly meet GMP requirement. PLC controller and color touch screen are applied and made it possible for programmable control of the machine.
Work Process:
Insert tube to mould by hand →tube orientate automatically→ tube filling automatically→ultrasonic tube sealing automatically→tube end cutting automatically →tube eject out automatically.
