Movable jaw

Movable jaw is the important part of jaw crusher. When it moves up and down, great force is brought and stones in the crushing cavity are crushed. When it is abraded, the performance of jaw crusher will be affected.

Spring

Springs are used to control the movement of movable jaw and prevent movable jaw impact the front main frame at any situation. They may be damaged for many accidents, and the whole machine will stop to work once it happened.

Adjusting Set

Adjustment set is designed to change the discharging opening size of jaw crusher to satisfy different customers’ requirements. In case that it is damaged, operators will meet many troubles if they want to produce different size products.

Eccentric Shaft

Eccentric shaft runs through the movable jaw, pulley and flywheel. All of them are connect with each other by the eccentric shaft. For eccentric shaft sustains the whole movable jaw, the jaw crusher cannot keep balance once the shaft break down.

Tension Rod

Tension Rods are designed to control the movement of movable jaw and prevent movable jaw impact the front main frame at any situation. They may be damaged for many accidents, and the whole machine will stop to work once it happened.

Toggle Plate Shim

Toggle Plate Shims are used to prevent toggle plate from abrading the machine directly. If they are worn out, the toggle plate will impact the body of main frame and the body of movable jaw. As a result, the service-life of the two parts will be affected.

Toggle Plate

Toggle plate is installed between the movable jaw and adjustment base, it supports the bottom of movable jaw and prevents it from falling down. When the toggle plate is destroyed, the movable jaw cannot move on routine track and the whole machine has to break down.

Flywheel

Flywheel plays an important part in keeping the balance of jaw crusher and in storing the moment of inertia. In this way, it greatly reduces the wave of machine during the operation-time. Once it was damaged, jaw crusher cannot performance well.

Side Liner

When stones or mineral ores are fed to crushing cavity, many of they will impact the two sides of main-frame of jaw crusher, as a result, the main frame may be abraded without any protection. While, side liners can prevent it from being abraded well when they are installed and extend the service-life of jaw crusher greatly.

Movable Jaw Plate

Raw materials are crushed to small aggregates between movable jaw plate and fixed jaw plate. So movable jaw plate impacts raw material directly during the operation-time. Supposing that it is damaged, raw materials will impact the movable jaw of jaw crusher and the machine service-life will also be affected.

Fixed Jaw Plate

Raw materials are crushed to small aggregates between fixed jaw plate and movable jaw plate. So fixed jaw plate impacts raw material directly during the operation-time. Supposing that it is damaged, raw materials will impact the front main-frame of jaw crusher and the machine service-life will also be affected.
