The LJC03-450T is a high-speed horizontal extrusion press designed to extrude aluminum and other non-ferrous slugs into tubes (germ tubes), cylindrical objects and other shapes for downstream processing in tube production lines.
Nominal pressure: 800 kN; tube diameter range: φ35 mm–φ66 mm; tube length: ≤250 mm; production speed: 90–120 tubes/min; motor power: 37 kW.
Slugs are fed from a vibratory bowl and placed into a laying-off rail. A manipulator inserts each slug into the punch cavity. A crankshaft–connecting rod mechanism with swing rod and sliding block extrudes the slug through the die/punch annular gap to form the tube, which is then unloaded to the outfeed conveyor.
The machine is controlled by a SIEMENS PLC with a Pro-face touch screen for operator interface. Key electrical components are SCHNEIDER or OMRON. Photoelectric and proximity sensors include TURCK and BANNER; pneumatic elements are FESTO.
The machine uses an entire cast steel one-time cast structure machined on large centers, CNC-processed mandrel and critical components, a double-inclined-plane punch tip seat for precise locating, and adjustable punch base/connecting rod structures to compensate for wear.
Key wear parts are made from high-quality bronze alloy to reduce friction, increase wear resistance and prolong service life. In addition, the machine employs fail-safe lubrication systems and a closed lathe body to protect components.
SIEMENS PLC control synchronizes operations and safety interlocks. The machine has automatic detection for tube sticking to the die or punch, fail-safe lubrication alarms, and a closed-body design to prevent oil drips and reduce operator exposure.
Yes. The machine is designed to operate standalone or as part of a modular automatic line that includes trimming, annealing, lacquering, printing, curing, capping, and packaging machines produced by the same supplier.
Typical line partners include LWG01 trimming, THG01 annealing oven, PTG01 internal lacquering, GHG01 lacquering curing oven, CCG01 accumulator, DYG01 base-coating, YSG01/YSG02 printing, HXG01 drying oven, NMG01 capping, WTG01 latexing and BZG01 packaging machines.
The machine is intended for aluminum slugs and other non-ferrous slug materials suitable for extrusion into tubes and related profiles. Material compatibility should be confirmed with the supplier for specific alloys and temper conditions.
Regularly check and maintain the fail-safe lubrication system; inspect punch/die and bronze bearing surfaces for wear; maintain vibratory bowl and feed rails for consistent feeding; verify sensor alignment; and follow scheduled checks for drive, crankshaft and connecting rod clearances.
Check vibratory bowl and feed rail settings, ensure manipulator timing and sensor signals are correct, inspect punch and die clearances and surface condition, confirm lubrication is functioning, and review PLC alarms to identify stuck-tube or misfeed causes.
The machine is designed with energy conservation and environmental protection in mind (closed-body to prevent oil spills and optimized drive systems). Exact energy consumption will depend on operating parameters; the motor is rated at 37 kW.
