MENSION MS-E130 Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine.

It is the advanced type designed to meet the market need for a multi functional hose crimping machine.

P32 is abale to press hose fitting from 1/4 inch up to 2.5 inch with four to six wire braided.

It has two operate mode, both button control and foot pedal control. Compared with traditional P32 type, MS-E130 has pressure gauge on the operate panel to show the system pressure during crimping work.

Crimping diameter control Micrometer.

It uses the micrometer designed in China Mainland.

The advantage is it is easy install and take off from the machine. Accuracy up to 0.01mm.

Lamp is offered.

A crimping lamp is offered along with the machine, this is the unique design of our 51 series hose crimping machines. It enables the user observe clearly the crimping material even when the environment is not quite well.

Multi function Operate Panel of MS hose crimping machine.

TWO operate mode available for all crimpers among MENSION machines.

1. Semi-automatic (manual) mode, during this mode, operator can control the whole crimping work by themselves, crimping work can stop at any time, operator can crimp based on their experience.

2. Automatic mode, during this mode, operator just need to press once the closing mode button, then the crimping work will start and end automatically.

Swage Reference Table AND Installation Instructions pasted on the hose crimping machine.

Each machine offered with a swage reference table to help the users choose the proper die sets when doing crimping.

Installation Instructions are pasted on front of the machine, to show the basic steps when receiving the machine and crimping the hose for the first time.

High hardness die sets.

All P32 series offer 13 die sets as standard configuration. It enables the machine to crimp the hydraulic hose from 1/4'' to 2.5''. Die sets number are marked on the surface, so the user can figure out the die set they need quickly.

Special die sets are available on request.

The die set rack can hold 16 die sets if need.

Foot Pedal Available.

MS-E130-I can be operated by foot pedal.

The advantage of foot pedal is:

It can free both of your hands for holding large or heavy assemblies.

The foot pedal also enables using the crimper from the side and is commonly used in serial production.

The foot pedal of E130-I can be made a double function foot pedal. It can control not only the die sets closing, but also controls the die sets opening. So the operator not need to open the die sets by press the button on the panel.

Piston Pump.

MS-e130-i utilizes ITALIAN GEAR PUMP.

The advantage of the pump is:

1. It generate big crimping force with a small size,

2. It has small noise during work. So if there is strict need for a low noise environment, piston pump is a best choice.

3. More stable performance.

4. Long service life.

5. Flexible of pressure adjust.

6. Supply quick crimping speed.
