A fully automatic oneshot chocolate molding system designed to produce plain, filled and layered chocolates in a single automated cycle. It is offered in several single-head models (servo or pneumatic) for different production capacities and factory footprints.
Available models shown in the specification are: QJJ150 (Servo Single Head and Pneumatic Single Head), QJJ175 (Servo Single Head and Pneumatic Single Head) and QJJ510 (Servo Single Head and Pneumatic Single Head).
Oneshot means the machine can form multiple layers or fillings in a single molding cycle (one pour per cavity) — enabling shells, centers and toppings to be produced in one automated stroke rather than multiple separate steps.
Production capacity depends on the model: QJJ150 models: approximately 10–120 pcs/min; QJJ175 models: approximately 14–183 pcs/min; QJJ510 models: approximately 14–184 pcs/min (refer to the detailed spec sheet for exact speeds under different recipes and mold types).
Moulding board dimensions (mm): QJJ150 – 275*175*304; QJJ175 – 280*200*301; QJJ510 – 510*200*301. Outer dimensions (mm) listed: QJJ150 – 100*560*1600; QJJ175 – 4050*780*2500; QJJ510 – 4050*1050*2500. Confirm exact clearance and footprint requirements with sales before installation.
Main motor power and total power vary by model and by whether it is the servo or pneumatic version. In general the main motor power range is small (fractions to a few kW) and total machine power varies by model. Refer to the supplied specification table for each model’s exact kW values or contact GUSU sales for a full electrical requirement sheet.
Servo versions use servo motors for precise, programmable motion — giving finer control over dosing, positioning and softer acceleration profiles (better for complex recipes and tighter tolerances). Pneumatic versions use air cylinders and are typically simpler and lower cost but may offer less positional precision and different maintenance needs. Choice depends on required precision, recipe complexity and budget.
The machine handles couverture, compound and most standard chocolate masses and a wide variety of liquid fillings (ganache, caramel, praline, liqueur-type centers) as long as viscosities and temperatures are within the capabilities of your tempering and dosing systems. Recipe testing is recommended prior to production.
Yes — the machine accepts moulding boards within the specified board dimensions. Custom molds can be used but must be compatible with the machine’s board size, cavity pitch and de-molding mechanism. GUSU or your mold supplier can advise on mold design and conversion.
Daily cleaning of product-contact parts, periodic cleaning/flushing of dosing lines, routine lubrication of moving parts and scheduled inspection of heaters/thermostats, sensors and seals are recommended. Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance manual for frequency and approved cleaning agents to avoid contamination or damage.
You will need appropriate electrical supply (voltage and phase per the spec sheet), compressed air for pneumatic versions, level floor space and sufficient clearance around the listed outer dimensions for access and maintenance. Site requirements, foundation loading and utilities should be confirmed with GUSU prior to delivery.
Operators should receive machine-specific training covering operation, recipe setup, hygiene and cleaning, basic troubleshooting and safety procedures. GUSU or authorized distributors typically provide commissioning training at installation.
Typical safety features include guarded access panels, emergency stop(s), interlocks on doors/panels and electrical protection. Exact safety equipment and certifications (CE, etc.) should be confirmed for the model you order.
Warranty, spare parts availability and after-sales service vary by supplier and region. Contact GUSU or your local distributor for warranty terms, spare-parts kits, recommended stock of wear parts and options for service contracts or remote support.
Pricing and lead time depend on model, options (servo vs pneumatic), mold/customization and shipping destination. Contact GUSU sales or an authorized distributor with your required model, expected capacity, mold specifications and any optional features to receive a quote and current lead time.
