9. How should I clean and maintain the counter?
Clean regularly with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners and excessive heat sources. Minor scratches can usually be sanded and polished out by a qualified technician.
10. Is the surface repairable if it gets damaged?
Yes. Solid surface materials are easily repairable — scratches, chips and some stains can be sanded and refinished to restore appearance.
11. Can the desk include built-in storage, lighting or plumbing cutouts?
Yes. Custom features such as drawers, shelving, cable management, lighting integration or cutouts for sinks/plumbing can be incorporated per your design requirements.
12. What lead time should I expect for a custom desk?
Lead time varies depending on complexity and quantity. Please contact the supplier with your design and requirements for an accurate production and delivery estimate.
13. How is the desk shipped and is installation included?
Shipping methods depend on destination and order size; packing meets commercial export standards. Installation is typically not included — ask your supplier if installation services or local installer recommendations are available.
