This is a garment DTG (direct-to-garment) system designed for T‑shirts that integrates pretreatment capability with DTG printing functionality. It handles pretreatment application and high-resolution printing to prepare and print on cotton, silk, wool and certain chemical fabrics.
Recommended materials include cotton, wool, chemical (synthetic) fabrics and silk. Maximum media thickness supported is 20 mm, so standard T‑shirts, hoodies with thin layers and similar garments are compatible.
The maximum printing area is 450 mm × 550 mm (W × L), suitable for most front and back T‑shirt prints.
Typical throughput is about 2–3 minutes per T‑shirt, depending on print coverage, resolution and pretreatment settings.
The machine supports multiple print accuracy settings including 480 × 3600 dpi, 540 × 3600 dpi and 720 × 3600 dpi, allowing you to balance quality and speed.
It uses water‑based pigment DTG inks. Supported color channels include C (Cyan), M (Magenta), Y (Yellow), K (Black), W (White), R (Red), G (Green), B (Blue) and O (Orange).
Ink is delivered via a negative‑pressure intelligent circulation mixing system, which helps maintain stable ink flow, prevent settling and ensure consistent color mixing.
This model is equipped with four EPSON I3200‑A print heads for high‑speed, high‑resolution printing.
The machine is compatible with RIIN and Calder print workflow software. The control software runs on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
Machine dimensions are 1628 mm × 2700 mm × 1360 mm and the gross weight is about 480 kg. Allow additional space for operator access, material handling and ventilation.
The machine supports standard 110 V or 220 V power configurations; confirm voltage and plug type with your supplier for your region and order the correct model.
Recommended ambient temperature is 20–30 °C with relative humidity of 60%–70% for optimal ink performance and machine reliability.
The machine is packaged in wooden boxes for export shipping to protect heavy components during transport. Check with the supplier for pallet/crate dimensions and shipping documentation.
Regular maintenance includes daily print head checks and cleaning cycles, monitoring and topping up inks, keeping the pretreatment system clean, periodic inspection of the circulation system, and following software‑driven nozzle checks. Follow the manufacturer's detailed maintenance schedule for intervals and procedures.
Availability of warranty, technical support and spare parts varies by seller. Contact your supplier or manufacturer for warranty terms, recommended spare parts (print heads, pumps, filters) and options for remote or on‑site support and training.
