Biomass briquette machine can compress rice husk, coconut shell, peanut shell, sawdust, straw, grass ,and other agricultural waste mechanically into rods, blocks and particles to improve ten times fuel value per unit volume.
Working Principle of sawdust biomass briquette machine:
It uses a screw propeller to compress and extrude the biomass into briquettes. Under high pressure and temperature, the natural lignin inside biomass material will be released and act as binder to combine particles to briquette with high density. The shape of briquette can be round, square, hexagonal, quadrangular or as your requirement.
The machine can extrude particulate waste(Moisture content<12% bamboo,wood,shell,straw)into solid bar with a central bore . After the tremendous pressure of this machine, the rods have certain intensity,high density,stable performance,which makes the final product easy to transport and convenient to store.
