The Genuo Automatic CNC Bender is a high-precision CNC press brake designed for metal sheet bending. It combines advanced servo/ hydraulic drive technology, multi-axis CNC control, tooling management and optional robotic cells to deliver accurate, energy-efficient bending for a wide range of industrial applications.
It is compatible with common sheet metals including brass, copper, stainless steel, alloy steels, carbon steel and aluminum.
Standard bending length options include 2,500 mm, 3,200 mm and 4,000 mm. Models and configurations cover a broad range of capacities (typically 40T up to 500T+) and additional lengths (e.g., up to 6,000 mm) and tonnages are available on request.
Power options include multiple ratings (7.5 kW, 10 kW, 15 kW, 20 kW) and the machine is equipped with Siemens motors for reliable drive performance. Exact motor sizing depends on model and tonnage.
It supports advanced control systems such as Delem (DA-66T/DA-69T/DA-66T3D), CYBELEC (VisiTouch 19), and ESA (S675, VIS-875W), providing 2D/3D programming and multi-axis control (up to 8+1 axes or more depending on model).
A common configuration has overall dimensions of 4000 x 1000 x 3200 mm and a gross weight of approximately 9,600 kg. Exact dimensions and weight vary by model and bending length.
The machine is backed by a 2-year warranty. Genuo offers after-sales support including spare parts (OEM components), technical assistance and optional installation and operator training—contact your supplier for specific service packages.
Safety equipment includes DSP laser front safety guards (LASER Safety Guards), optional movable sliding front supports, and other guarding/interlocks to protect operators and comply with safety standards.
The machine uses a Bosch Rexroth hydraulic system with integrated hydraulic blocks, Schneider electrical components, GIVI linear encoders and high-quality bearings, motors and pumps to ensure durability and precision.
Genuo's Genius Pro series uses master/servo motor pump control technology (ePrAX modular servo pump architecture) which precisely controls ram motion and reduces oil usage and losses—yielding energy savings up to approximately 50% versus conventional hydraulic systems.
WILA-type punches and interchangeable dies (4V/2V/1V) are supported, together with automatic hydraulic or pneumatic WILA clamping systems. Custom tooling can also be designed and supplied for special bends or parts.
Yes. Optional angle-measuring systems (Lasercheck/Lasersafe) provide automatic angle feedback and correction. The machine also supports manual or CNC (motorized or hydraulic) crowning systems to compensate for frame deflection and tooling wear.
Yes. Genuo offers multi-axis bending robotic cell options (6- or 7-axis robots) and automation packages to enable part handling, bending cell integration and unmanned operation for higher throughput and improved safety.
Genuo typically provides installation and commissioning assistance, plus operator and maintenance training as part of the delivery or as an add-on service. Specific scope and costs should be confirmed with the supplier.
Recommended maintenance includes regular inspection and replacement of hydraulic oil/filters, checking and tightening tooling/clamps, lubrication of moving parts, inspection of seals and hoses, encoder and sensor calibration, and scheduled electrical/hydraulic checks. Use OEM parts and follow the machine maintenance manual for intervals and procedures.
