It's a flexographic printing machine designed for 2-color printing on various packaging substrates — including non-woven bags, sachet water bags, PE/PP films, BOPP, PVC, paper, craft paper, laminated rolls and PP woven/rice bags — using sensitization resin flexible plates.
Models range from NXC2-600 to NXC2-1600 with maximum material widths of 600mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm and 1600mm respectively (max. printing widths: 560–1560mm depending on model).
The machine supports 2-color printing (configurations: 2+0 or 1+1) with printing length adjustable between 191–1200mm.
Mechanical (max) speed is up to 100 m/min and typical printing speed up to 80 m/min, depending on substrate, print length and ink/dry settings.
It supports metal anilox rollers at 100–300 LPI and high-quality ceramic anilox rollers at 200–800 LPI to optimize ink transfer and print quality.
Register precision is ±0.25 mm longitudinally and ±0.25 mm crosswise, enabled by a big gear drive and accurate registration system.
The printing cylinder is designed for simplicity and low maintenance, with hydraulic control for up-and-down cylinder movement to ensure consistent pressure and quick setup.
Standard unwind/rewind diameter is Φ800 mm and the dry system uses electric heating; configurations may be customized for different materials or speeds.
Power ranges by model from about 10 kW to 18 kW. Machine weights range from ~1800 kg to ~2300 kg and overall sizes are approximately 2.7 m (L) × 2.0–3.0 m (W) × 2.3 m (H) depending on model.
Suitable for polyethylene and polypropylene films, non-woven materials, BOPP, PVC, laminated rolls, craft/paper bags, supermarket handbags, vest bags, clothing bags and PP woven/rice bags — basically a wide range of thin film rolls and paper-based packaging.
Optional parts include various sizes of printing cylinders, double unwinder/rewinder, automatic pneumatic loading/unloading, manual or electric cranes, and ceramic anilox rollers. Custom widths or higher-speed machines can also be made to order.
When inquiring, please specify the exact substrate/material, required printing width, desired printing length, production speed, and any optional parts. The supplier will provide a tailored quote and lead time based on those details.
Routine maintenance includes cleaning plates and anilox rollers, checking and lubricating mechanical components, maintaining proper web tension, and replacing wear parts (plates, doctor blades, seals). Consumables include sensitization resin plates, inks, anilox rollers and spare cylinders.
Installation, commissioning and operator training are usually available — confirm with the supplier. Imported electrical components and a heavy cast-iron frame (75 mm) are used to ensure stability and long service life. Spare parts and technical support policies should be confirmed before purchase.
Always indicate the exact printing material (type/thickness), roll width, maximum core/outer diameter, required print length and expected daily production. This ensures correct model selection, cylinder sizes, anilox specification and drying capacity.
