The FMWN-600 is an automatic multi-knife cutter designed primarily to cut paper tubes/paper cores. It can also cut similar tubular materials such as PE tube and PVC hose, and is commonly used in printing, packaging and related industries.
Cutting width ranges from 18 mm to 600 mm. The machine supports paper core thicknesses of 2–6 mm, a maximum feeding length of up to 3 meters, and paper core diameters are optional (standard range quoted is approximately 1"–3" according to your requirement). For other diameters or special sizes, contact the supplier.
The cutting speed is adjustable from 1 to 10 cuts per minute, depending on material, cut length and operator settings.
The machine uses imported wear‑resistant round knives. The design uses pneumatic pressurization and multi-knife cutting for stable, precise cuts; the cut surfaces are flat and smooth and the system is intended to avoid missed cuts.
This model listing includes an extra mandrel, a rubber sleeve, and a metal pushing plate (35 mm). The machine also features an automatic paper tube unloading tray as part of its standard configuration.
Standard specification lists 380 V and a 2.2 kW motor. Custom voltage configurations can be accommodated—contact the supplier to specify your local voltage.
Machine footprint is approximately 155 x 65 x 98 cm and the weight is around 300 kg.
The machine uses pneumatic pressurization and AIRTAC brand cylinders for tube arrangement and feeding. It also has an automatic unloading tray to discharge cut tubes, which reduces manual handling and saves operator time.
The FMWN-600 is offered as the standard model. For other sizes, diameters, voltages or special requirements, you should contact the supplier to discuss customization options.
The machine includes a scale design to make setting cutter distances quicker and more convenient. Exact adjustment steps and recommended settings will be provided in the machine manual or by the supplier upon request.
Routine maintenance typically includes inspecting and replacing worn blades, keeping moving parts clean and lubricated, checking pneumatic lines and cylinders, and ensuring fasteners are secure. For spare blades, consumables or a maintenance schedule, contact the supplier.
A user manual and basic operating instructions are normally provided. For on-site installation, commissioning or operator training, contact the supplier to arrange services (availability may vary).
The machine uses pneumatic systems for stable operation and includes an automatic unloading tray which reduces manual handling. Operators should follow standard safety practices: wear appropriate PPE, follow the supplied operating manual, isolate power and air before maintenance, and request details on guards, emergency stops and certifications from the supplier.
Spare parts such as replacement blades, mandrels and pneumatic components are generally available. Contact the supplier or distributor to order parts, confirm part numbers and inquire about lead times and pricing.
For pricing, delivery lead times, shipping and installation options, contact the seller or distributor directly. Provide required specifications (voltage, desired diameter range, country of installation) so they can give an accurate quote and service plan.
