Printing unit

Slotter unit

Die cutter unit

1.The anvil roller is made of high quality steel material, surface grinding and hard chrome plating.2.Balance correction to increase running stability.3.Electric adjustment of die roll gap, PLC control.4. Phase adjustment device, planetary gear type construction. 5.The die cutting phase is controlled by servo, controlled by touch screen and electric digital 360-degree adjustment (operation and stop can be adjusted); Orders can be stored.6.The electric transverse adjustment device of the die roll, the adjustment distance is 10mm.7.Automatic grinding device. 8.Die cutting anvil roller speed difference compensation device (independent drive rubber cushion roller) : always keep the rubber cushion roller line speed consistent with the speed of the main machine, so that the die cutting size is consistent, compensation range ±3mm.9.
