A compact, screw-driven grouting pump designed to spray cementitious grouts and mortars at high pressure for injection, crack filling, anchoring and waterproofing applications. It features an adjustable screw pump, air-assisted nozzle connection and is built for easy transport and seasonal use.
Model: 380. Rated voltage: 220V / 380V. Rated power: 4 kW. Maximum pressure: 3 MPa. Rated frequency: 50 Hz. Product weight: 130 kg. Maximum particle size: 0.5 cm. Maximum conveying distance: 15 m. Delivery flow (nominal): 1.5 m3/h. Dimensions: 1200 × 450 × 600 mm.
Cement grouts, cementitious mortars and similar slurry mixes with particle sizes up to 0.5 cm (5 mm). Avoid aggregates or materials with larger particles to prevent clogging and wear.
1) Pre-wash: add a small amount of washing powder and water to the hopper and flush the conveying hose until water runs clear. 2) Lay the air pipe and mortar pipe side by side and connect the air pipe to the nozzle joint. 3) Turn on the power, do not idle the motor without material. 4) Put mixed material into the hopper, press the forward button to start the screw pump. If rotation is reversed, press stop and switch rotation before restarting.
Immediately after use, add water with a small amount of washing powder to the hopper and run the pump until the discharge runs clear. Drain all water from the hoses and pump so no residual water remains to harden inside. Remove and manually clean nozzle and any removable parts if needed.
The screw pump is speed-adjustable. The operational description indicates an adjustable range of 0–8 L/min; the product also lists a nominal delivery of 1.5 m3/h (25 L/min) depending on settings and material. A shunt switch under the hopper allows fine adjustment of the output to match construction requirements.
Check motor rotation (ensure it is set to forward), confirm the pump is loaded with material, verify the air pipe is connected, inspect for blockages in the hopper, hose or nozzle, ensure the shunt valve is not diverting flow, and check electrical supply and fuses. Stop the machine before attempting to clear blockages.
Possible causes include leaks in hoses/connections, shunt valve partially open, excessive particle size or blockages in the line, worn screw or seals, insufficient motor power or incorrect voltage, or air entrainment. Inspect and remedy each of these items.
The unit weighs about 130 kg and measures 1200 × 450 × 600 mm. It is designed to be relatively easy to move on site, saving time and effort compared with larger stationary systems.
The machine is specified for 220V or 380V operation at 50 Hz. Confirm with the supplier which voltage/phase configuration your unit uses (single-phase 220V or three-phase 380V) before connecting.
Wear appropriate PPE (gloves, goggles, dust mask/respirator, protective clothing). Secure hoses and connections before pressurizing. Do not run the pump dry for extended periods. Release system pressure and disconnect power before performing maintenance. Avoid reversing while under load and keep bystanders clear of nozzles and discharge areas.
Cement grouting for foundations, soil stabilization, tunnel and shaft injections, leak sealing and waterproofing, anchor bolt grouting, crack injection, and other civil engineering or repair tasks requiring cementitious grout placement.
Daily: flush and clean hopper, pump and hoses after use; inspect hoses and nozzle for wear. Weekly/monthly: inspect screw, seals and bearings; lubricate moving parts per manufacturer guidance; tighten fittings and electrical connections. Replace worn seals, hoses and nozzles promptly to prevent failures.
Common spare parts to stock: replacement hoses, nozzle tips, pump seals and gaskets, screw auger (if wear-prone), air fittings, and electrical fuses or contactors. Keep your model number available when ordering.
Contact the supplier or manufacturer from whom you purchased the machine. Provide the model number (Model 380) and serial number (if available). They can advise on warranty coverage, technical troubleshooting and ordering genuine replacement parts.
