1. What is the Single-Layer Iron Trapezoid Roof Tile Making Machine used for?

It is a colored-steel roll forming machine that produces single-layer trapezoid roof tiles from coil material (pre-painted/galvanized colored steel), converting flat coil into finished roof tile profiles in a continuous roll-forming process.

2. What raw materials and thicknesses can this machine process?

It is designed for colored steel / pre-painted steel and similar coated sheets with a thickness range of 0.3–0.6 mm. Material width up to 1000 mm with an effective forming width of 840 mm.

3. What are the machine's main dimensions, weight and capacity?

Machine overall size is 5500 mm × 1350 mm × 1300 mm, weight is about 2.2 tons. Production speed is typically 8–12 meters per minute depending on material and operator handling.

4. What are the key power and drive specifications?

The main motor power is 3.0 kW and the hydraulic station is 3.0 kW. Exact electrical supply (voltage/frequency) should be confirmed at order; a stable industrial three-phase supply is normally required.

5. How many rollers does the machine have and what are they made of?

The machine has 11 stand rollers. Rollers are made from 45# steel with chrome plating; shafts are Φ70 made from 45# steel.

6. What control system does the machine use?

It uses a PLC computer controller for process control — allowing length setting, counting and automated operation. The PLC improves forming accuracy and repeatability.

7. Can the tile profile or machine be customized to my sample or drawing?

Yes. The supplier offers design and production according to your sample or drawing. Contact the manufacturer with profiles and dimensions to get a tailored solution.

8. What is included in packaging, and how is the machine shipped?

Standard packing is 'nude' (fastened in a container) or packaged per buyer request. Shipment is from XINGANG, TIANJIN port.

9. What are the payment and delivery terms?

Payment terms: 40% TT deposit, balance against copy of B/L. Alternatively 100% L/C at sight is accepted. Delivery time is within 20 days after receipt of deposit.

10. What warranty and after-sales services are provided?

The machine comes with one-year quality assurance. The supplier provides permanent free technical support and can send technical staff overseas for service (subject to agreement on travel/visas).

11. Are spare parts and consumables available?

Yes. Common wear parts (cutters, chains, bearings, sensors) can be supplied. It is recommended to keep a small stock of consumables for continuous production; contact the supplier for parts lists and lead times.

12. Is installation and operator training included?

Technical staff are available to service the machine overseas and can provide installation and operator training on request. Specific arrangements (duration, cost, travel) should be agreed at order.

13. What routine maintenance is required?

Routine maintenance includes regular lubrication of bearings and chains, checking and tightening fasteners, cleaning forming rollers, inspecting electrical connections and replacing worn cutting tools or chains. Follow the manufacturer's maintenance schedule for best results.
