Mobile All-in-One Crusher – Model NKT70-4

Product Description

The NKT70-4 Mobile All-in-One Crusher is a fully integrated mobile crushing and screening solution designed for efficient rock processing. The system uses a two-stage crushing process combined with a vibrating screening stage to produce multiple final aggregate sizes in one continuous operation.

Material is first fed through a heavy-duty vibrating feeder, then crushed by a jaw crusher for primary crushing. The material is then transferred to a spring cone crusher for secondary crushing, followed by screening through a vibrating screen. Oversized material is automatically returned to the cone crusher for additional crushing, ensuring consistent final product sizes.

The mobile chassis design with integrated conveyors and hydraulic support legs allows for easy transportation, quick installation, and efficient on-site operation, making it suitable for quarries, mining operations, construction sites, and aggregate production plants.
