1. What profiles can this machine produce?

This is a CZ channel purlin cold roll forming machine that produces interchangeable C- and Z-shaped galvanized steel purlins (CZ profiles) by changing the forming tooling.

2. What material types and thicknesses are supported?

Designed for galvanized steel and similar cold-rolled sheet materials. Rolling thickness range is 1.0–2.4 mm. For best results use coils within the recommended thickness range.

3. What is the production speed and expected output?

Production speed is 0–18 m/min. At maximum speed (18 m/min) you can theoretically produce up to 1,080 m per hour (≈8,640 m in an 8-hour shift); real output depends on profile length, changeovers and loading/unloading time.

4. What is the maximum feeding width and coil requirements?

Feeding width is 220 mm. Coil width must be equal to or less than the feeding width. Coil inner diameter, outer diameter and weight limits should be confirmed with the supplier (typical coil IDs are 508 mm or 610 mm depending on decoiler).

5. How is cutting performed?

Cutting is hydraulic cutoff for clean, reliable end cuts and minimal impact on profile accuracy.

6. What control system does the machine use?
