Excavator Hydraulic Tilt Bucket
Huitong Excavator Tilt Buckets are designed for ditch cleaning and sloping grading. Our tilting bucket can tilt 45 degrees in either side to increase productivity. And our tilting bucket also designed with double cylinders and with double cutting edges(Single cylinder design is also available). The space of bolts in cutting edges are 6 inch, which is the standard cutting edges for you can find spare cutting edges in local easily. All hoses are arranged well, the only thing you need to do is to install our tilting bucket with your spare hoses in excavator.
Quality Certification of Steel, Q355B Steel for Structure:
We adopted qualified Q355B steel from top 3 Chinese steel maker. Q355B is the most common used material in the industrial, same as European S355JR, American A57.etc.
Moreover, we also offer options using high strength material such as:NM400, Hardox500 and HG785D.
All steels are adopted from CSG, top 3 steel maker in China.

1. What excavator sizes is this tilt bucket compatible with?
This rotating tilt bucket is made for excavators from 1 to 30 ton. We provide mounting options and dimension drawings to match small compact machines up to medium-size excavators.
2. Which brands/models does it fit?
The attachment is offered for popular brands including KOMATSU and SANYI. Custom mounting brackets and pin dimensions can be produced to fit other brands and models — provide your excavator model and pin measurements.
3. How much does the bucket tilt?
The bucket tilts 45 degrees to either side (left and right) to improve ditch cleaning and sloping/grading productivity.
4. Is the bucket single- or double-cylinder?
Standard configuration uses double cylinders for stable, powerful tilting. Single-cylinder designs are available on request if you prefer a simpler system.
5. What hydraulic connections are required?
All hoses are neatly arranged on the unit; you will connect the bucket to your excavator’s spare hydraulic hoses. Hydraulic flow/pressure requirements depend on your excavator model — please supply model and hydraulic specs so we can confirm compatibility.
6. Are cutting edges replaceable and are spare edges easy to find?
Yes. The bucket uses cutting edges with 6-inch bolt spacing (standard), making it easy to source spare cutting edges locally.
7. What steel grades are used to manufacture the bucket?
Standard structural steel is Q355B (sourced from CSG). Optional higher-wear alloys are available, including NM400, Hardox-500 and HG785D for longer wear life.
8. Can you provide drawings and approve sizes before production?
Yes — we produce a General Arrangement (GA) drawing to your needs. Production begins only after you confirm and approve the final drawing to ensure perfect fit and dimensions.
9. How do I order a custom mount or adapter for my excavator?
Provide your excavator make, model, pin diameters, center-to-center pin distances and preferred coupler type. We will create and send a GA drawing for approval prior to manufacturing.
10. What maintenance is required for the tilt bucket?
Regularly inspect and tighten cutting-edge bolts, check hydraulic hoses and fittings for wear/leaks, grease pivot pins, and inspect cylinder seals. Replace cutting edges when worn to protect the bucket body.
11. Is there a warranty or quality certification for the materials?
Material quality is certified; we use steel certified from top-tier Chinese supplier CSG. Warranty terms vary by dealer and order — please request warranty details at purchase.
12. How long does production and delivery take?
Lead time depends on model, customization and order volume. Because we produce after drawing confirmation, please contact sales with required specs for an accurate production and delivery estimate.
13. Can I choose a higher-wear material for the bucket?
Yes — besides standard Q355B, we offer NM400, Hardox-500 and HG785D options for customers who need increased wear resistance. Specify your choice when ordering.
14. What safety considerations should I follow when using the tilt bucket?
Ensure all hydraulic connections are secure and leak-free, never work under a raised attachment without proper supports, follow your excavator’s load limits when tilted, and inspect pins/couplers before operation. Train operators on tilt functions and safe operation.
15. Are spare parts (cylinders, hoses, cutting edges) available?
Yes. Cutting edges use standard 6-inch bolt spacing for easy local sourcing. Cylinders, pins and hoses can be supplied — contact us with the part and bucket serial/model for availability and lead times.
