Production line description: Corn flake / Breakfast cereal is one kind of crispy food , with the advantages of hard to be steeped broken and strong grain taste . It is the crispy flake which is made from corn meal and the other grains powder . The production line includes mixing , extruding , flaking , drying , high temperature baking , flavoring and cooling . It can be eaten like snack , and be eaten with milk or coffee as well . By changing moulds and production process , this production line can make different shapes of puffed food . Such as ring , ball , flake , star , letter etc .

The feature of the production line:
This production line can make different kinds fried snacks (such as rice crusts, chips, bulges, pizza rolls, doritos) based on
changing die moulds and manufacturing technique. The production process includes mixing, extruding, cutting, frying, flavoring and packing. The products are crispy and less oil.

Twin-screw extruder

The twin-screw extruder is made up of the feeding system, extruding system, cutting system, heating system, transmission system and controlling system. We will feed the material from the feeding machine and get the tissue state by inflating the material and the machine barrel must be high temperature, high pressure and high cutting. The material can be sterilized by the high temperature and high pressure and make the product safe.

The main extruder adopts frequency speed controlling with high automation and stable per-formation.

This equipment has the wide material, multi-shape products and flexible collocations. We can produce the different products according to the different models and collocations.

Multi-layer Dryer

The multi-layer dryer mainly have three layers, five layers, seven layers, heating methods have electric heat type, fuel type, gas type and steam type, according to different products and production capacity, to adapt to different heat sources and models.

The dryer can be used to bake all kinds of puffed food,pet food, tissue protein and various nuts including peanuts, melon seeds and dried jujube.

Mesh belt conveyors and thermal insulation boards all use stainless steel material, making the equipment clean and sanitary.

The speed of mesh belt conveyor is adjustable. The drying period for food in the oven can be adjusted.

The automatic temperature control system makes it possible to set the temperature according to your needs.

Double roller flavoring line

Automatic flavoring line have single roller flavoring line, double roller flavoring line, eight square seasoning machine and double drum flavoring system. Small production is generally matched with single roller, 200kg/h or more with double roller, special needs can be matched with eight square seasoning machine,double drum flavoring system.

The function of the automatic flavoring line is to season the produced food.

Cooling machine

Cooling machine plays an important role in food production lines. In the food processing process, cooling machine is one of the
essential processes, which can quickly reduce high temperature food to room temperature or lower temperature, so that the next step of food processing.

In this process, the cooling machine can provide stable cooling water to control the temperature of the food, ensuring that the food is maintained at the best temperature throughout the processing process to avoid bacterial growth and deterioration.
