The machine uses a PLC control system (Delta brand indicated) with a Delta frequency inverter and an Omron encoder. Functions include automatic control of sheet length and quantity for automated forming and counting.
The machine is equipped with an automatic hydraulic cutting system. Blade material is Cr12 MOV with quench treatment. Cutting is powered by a 4 kW system and the typical cutting tolerance is ±1 mm.
One hydraulic station is supplied with power 4 kW. It includes a fan to improve cooling and support longer continuous working times.
A feeding platform is provided to guide the raw coil material into the machine to keep sheets neat and parallel. The feeding device has two hand wheels for manual adjustment of material alignment and feeding position.
Yes. The PLC system with encoder enables automatic length measurement and automatic counting of produced sheets so the machine can cut to programmed lengths and batches.
