CNC steel tube bending machine is mainly used for bending different kinds of tube materials, for example round or square mild carbon steel tube,201 or 304 stainless steel tube, rectangular steel tube, alumimum tube, cooper tube or other special shaped steel tube etc. And this machine always bend tubes into different angles from 5 to 180 degrees.

1. What materials can the CNC steel tube bending machine handle?
It can bend a wide range of tube materials including mild carbon steel (round or square), 201/304 stainless steel, rectangular steel tube, aluminium, copper and other special-shaped tubes. Compatibility depends on tube size and wall thickness.

The machine is designed for tubes roughly from 1/4" (≈6 mm) up to 2 1/2" (≈63.5 mm) outer diameter, with typical workable wall thickness around 2 mm. For heavier walls or sizes outside this range, please consult the manufacturer/supplier for confirmation.
3. What does the included '1 x 2 inch mould' mean?
The supplied 1 x 2 inch mould (die) is sized for rectangular tubes with a 1" x 2" cross-section. The machine can use other dies for different round or special-shaped tubes; additional moulds are available as optional accessories.
4. What bending angles can the machine produce?
It can bend tubes to virtually any angle from 5° up to 180°.
5. How is the machine controlled and programmed?
The machine uses a micro CNC computer panel that lets operators set bending angles and batch quantities. This makes repetitive batch production simple — enter the angle and number of pieces and the machine will follow the program.
6. How accurate and repeatable are the bends?

7. Does the machine handle both thin and thick tubes?
