A combined mini rice mill and pulverizer that performs two functions: rice milling (producing polished rice, separating coarse/fine bran and broken rice) and grain grinding (making flour from rice and other grains). It is a 2018 improved design with thicker, more durable internal parts.
It can process paddy/rice, millet, corn, sorghum, beans, potatoes/tubers and similar grains and materials. The pulverizer section handles a range of dry grains and some tubers when prepared properly.
Rated capacity is approximately 165–200 kg/h for rice and 120–150 kg/h for millet, depending on grain condition and machine settings.
The machine accepts a 3 HP electric motor or a 5–7 HP gasoline engine. Standard voltage for electric use is 220 V. Choose motor/engine consistent with local power supply and recommended RPM.
Machine size is 1270 × 440 × 1150 mm (L × W × H). Net weight is about 76 kg. Packing size listed is 750 × 330 × 590 mm—confirm packing specifics with the seller.
There are two spindle speed ranges: 1400–1600 rpm and 4500–5500 rpm. Typically the lower speed is used for rice milling and the higher speed for pulverizing/grinding.
From the milling section you get polished rice, broken rice, coarse bran and fine bran. From the grinding section you can obtain various types of flour depending on feed material and grinding settings.
The unit is designed to mill rice in a single pass that preserves the germ (embryo) while separating polished rice and bran. The design replaces the traditional rice knife with a rice stick for better performance and gentler processing.
Electricity consumption is approximately 10.9–11.3 kW·h per ton of processed grain (actual consumption depends on load, motor efficiency and operating conditions).
Regular tasks include cleaning dust and residue after use, checking and tightening bolts and belts, lubricating moving parts as recommended, inspecting/ replacing wear parts (rice stick, screens, blades) and ensuring feed is dry to avoid clogging.
The machine uses specially treated, thickened spare parts designed for greater durability. For replacement parts and availability, contact the manufacturer or supplier to order originals.
Basic assembly and mounting of the motor/engine are required. Align the drive, set the correct belt tension and secure the unit to a stable surface. For gasoline engine setup or electrical wiring, have a qualified technician perform installation to ensure safety and correct RPM.
The product listing shows ISO9001:2008 and a 3C-type reference. For full certification documents (CE, 3C or test reports) request copies from the seller before purchase.
The machine is shipped in standard export packaging and the listed port of shipment is Qingdao. Packaging details and a picture example are available from the supplier—confirm lead times, freight terms and customs documents with the seller before ordering.
