Working principle:

The raw material is added to the feed hopper and pressed under the propulsion of the screw, its pressed juice flows through the strainer into the juice container at the bottom, while the waste is discharged through the annular gap formed between the screw and the conical part of the regulating pressure, the size of which can be adjusted by the movement of the regulating head along the axial direction. The size of the gap can be adjusted by moving the regulating head along the axial direction. Change the size of the gap, that is, to adjust the resistance of the slag, you can change the rate of slag, but if the gap is too small, in the strong extrusion, part of the slag particles and juice together through the filter was squeezed out, although the juice increased, but the quality of juice relatively decreased, the size of the gap should depend on the user's specific process requirements. so as to achieve the purpose of automatic separation of juice and slag.

Structure composition：

The equipment mainly consists of feed hopper, front support seat, spiral, strainer, juice container, rear support seat, slag trough and other parts. The left end of the spiral spindle is supported in the flow bearing seat and the right end is supported in the hand wheel bearing seat, and the motor drives the spiral through a pair of triangle belt pulleys.
