Instruction

The spiral gold washing machine is mainly used for the selection and separation of placer gold, which can completely replace manual gold shaking. The equipment is small in size and weight, fast in heavy sand processing, very time-saving and labor-saving, and has a strong ability to separate fine-grained gold.

● The spiral gold washing machine is light weight and fully self-contained, weighing approximately 10 pounds. The dimensions are 20” L×15”W×12”H,powered by a 120 volt battery(not include in the packing list)

Set up

1. The drive unit is attached as a sliding frame, making set-up easier

2. Install spiral pan and rotate until wheel engages drive notch

3. Slide the entire drive unit with the pan attached forward until it reaches the stop points on frame

4. Gently move the "micro-adjuster" that is attached to the frame upwards. Attach the loop end of "micro-adjuster" to the gear box bracket. tighten wing nut.

5. Place nylon filter over the bottom of the pump and secure with the rubber band

6. Install the spray bat assembly with pump attached, to the back of the drive unit using the wing nut provided. The spray bar should be set level across the spiral pan approx. 1/2" to 1"inch from the surface of the pan.

7. Adjust the smaller jet tube by gently bending so that it points at the inside wall of the spiral pan at approximately five o'clock position and half way up the side wall.

8. Fill the carrying case with water to just under the frame. (using approximately 3 gallons of water). Add 4 or 5 drops of jet dry anti-spotting agent to water. This wetting agent will prevent super find gold from floating out of the catch up.

9. Hang catch up hook located on back of drive unit.Turn on and adjust flow of water(without splash) from spray bar using water valve.

10. Make sure the power switch is in the off position. Plug pump unit into the power supply located on the drive unit making sure that the colors match (Red to Red and Black to Black).

Preparing

1. We recommend that you classify your concentrate with a #8 or #12 classifier to start with, then go finer if needed for panning all black sand

2. Add concentrate (approx 3-to 4 oz every 15 to 30 seconds) to the wheel at the seven o'clock position.Watch for
black sand to rise up the wheel. Speck of black sand should be no closer than 2 inches from the center hole of the wheel.When properly adjusted only clean gold will be recovered in the catch cup.

3. For removal of the tailing container to empty it.Simply slide the frame by gently pulling back at both "T's" on either slide of the frame near the tailings container.After it is empty and back in,simply slide the frame up until it stops.This whole process should take less than a minute.
