This is a portable, waterproof lithium battery pack with an integrated smart BMS and mobile APP monitoring. It uses Grade A cells rated for 6000+ cycles and is designed for applications such as golf carts, sightseeing vehicles, electric forklifts, AGVs, robots, marine, RVs and other 24V–72V electric vehicles and equipment.
Customizable nominal voltages include 24V, 36V, 48V and 72V. Offered capacities include 100Ah, 160Ah, 200Ah, 240Ah and 270Ah. Size and configuration can be tailored to your requirements.
Maximum discharge currents depend on capacity: typical options are 200A, 300A, 400A, 480A and 520A. Maximum charge currents are 100A, 160A, 200A, 240A and 270A respectively. Choose the spec that matches your vehicle’s power demands.
Cells are rated for 6000+ cycles (under recommended conditions). The product comes with a 5-year warranty. Warranty terms depend on usage and installation—contact the supplier for full details.
The integrated smart BMS provides cell balancing, overcharge and over-discharge protection, overcurrent/short-circuit protection, temperature monitoring and other safety protections. It also enables status monitoring through the companion APP.
The Smart BMS pairs with a mobile APP to display battery state-of-charge (SOC), cell voltages, current, temperature, alarm events and history. Communication interface (Bluetooth, CAN, etc.) depends on the chosen model—confirm the interface when ordering.
Yes. The enclosure is IP65 by default (dust tight and protected against water jets). IP67 (protection against temporary immersion) is available as an option.
Operating temperature range: -20°C to +60°C. Recommended storage temperature: 0°C to 45°C. For best battery life, store at roughly 40–60% SOC and avoid extreme temperatures.
The battery conforms to relevant standards and documentation including CE, MSDS, IEC 62619, UN38.3 and RoHS. These certifications support safe use and transportation subject to carrier rules.
Charging time depends on capacity and charger current. As a rule of thumb: time (hours) ≈ capacity (Ah) ÷ charge current (A), plus overhead for CV taper. For example, a 100Ah battery charged at 100A will take about 1–1.2 hours; a 270Ah battery at 270A about 1–1.3 hours. Use a compatible CC/CV charger sized to your pack voltage.
Yes—provided you select the correct nominal voltage (24V, 36V, 48V or 72V) and ensure your motor/controller is compatible with lithium chemistry. You may need to adjust mounting, fusing and charger selection. Consulting the vehicle manufacturer or our technical team is recommended.
The product is offered as DIY-capable and customizable, but safe installation requires electrical knowledge: correct wiring, appropriate fusing/breakers, secure mounting, and proper charger settings. If you are unsure, use a professional installer.
Avoid mechanical damage, extreme temperatures and water beyond the rated IP protection. Store at moderate SOC, keep terminals insulated during transport, and follow local regulations for lithium battery handling and disposal.
Custom configurations are available from the factory. Paralleling or series-connecting packs should be done with matched packs and proper BMS/communication configuration. Do not parallel/series packs without consulting the manufacturer to ensure balanced protection and warranty compliance.
Yes. Lithium battery shipments are regulated (UN38.3 certification applies), and carriers have specific packaging, labeling and documentation requirements. Contact the supplier for shipping options and to confirm compliance with your carrier and destination rules.
