Jaw crusher is composed of bracket, jaw, eccentric shaft, jaw plate, spring, etc. The maximum compression strength of materials to be crushed is 320MPA. PE series jaw crusher is commonly used for primary crushing, and PEX series is used for secondary crushing and fine crushing.

Working Principle
Motor drive belt and pulley, the eccentric shaft causes the movable jaw movement, when the movable jaw rises elbow plate and the movable jaw angle becomes larger, so the movable jaw plate close to the fixed jaw plate, and at the same time the material is crushed, to achieve the purpose of breaking down; when the movable jaw, elbow plate, and the movable jaw angle becomes small, the movable jaw plate in the rod, the spring under the left fixed jaw plate, the broken material from the crushing cavity outlet. With the continuous rotation of the motor, the mobile jaw is broken by periodic motion and crushed and excreted, and mass production is realized.
