ZWY series mining crawler excavator loader is a continuous operation tunneling and loading equipment. It is mainly suitable for tunneling operations in coal mines and non-coal mines, railway tunnels, highway tunnels, hydraulic culverts and underground projects. It is suitable for sections above 2x2 or 2.8×2.8㎡. The best working conditions are that the Proctor hardness of the loaded rock is f≤12 and the maximum block size is 620×740㎜. The tunnel digging loader adopts hydraulic transmission, and its travel and scraper are driven by hydraulic motors. The working mechanism adopts drum cutter, and the lifting and lowering movements of the small arm, large arm, arm rotation and transport trough are all driven by hydraulic cylinders. The control panel controls the power supply and the operation of the hydraulic system of the whole machine. The reasonable layout of the hydraulic system makes maintenance convenient, and the protection system of the electrical and hydraulic systems can make the machine work smoothly.
