Required air pressure is 0.55–0.65 MPa. The machine uses AIRTAC air cylinders; ensure a clean, dry air supply sized to your facility's needs.

9. Does it print batch numbers and manufacturing dates?

Yes—the machine incorporates a printing system to apply batch numbers and manufacturing dates during the filling/sealing process for traceability.

10. How do I clean and maintain the machine?

Clean product-contact parts (304 SS) after each production run with appropriate detergents/rinse agents. Perform daily checks on seals and pumps, lubricate moving parts per manual, and replace wear items as needed. Follow the supplier's maintenance schedule for optimal performance.

11. Are spare parts and moulds available and how long do they take to deliver?
