This is the TD4D Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) RF Blood Laboratory Centrifuge, designed for small-volume blood plasma separation, PRP preparation, urine samples and qualitative analysis of water/soil in medical, veterinary and research settings.
Timing range 0–99 min, maximum speed 4000 r/min, maximum RCF 2200×g, power 100 W, supply AC 220 V 50 Hz 5 A, speed accuracy ±20 r/min, noise ≤60 dB(A), dimensions 255×310×200 mm, net weight 5.2 kg, chamber diameter Φ280 mm.
Angle rotor options support up to 8×20 mL tubes, adapters for 8×15 mL or 8×10 mL, and a rotor for 12×5 mL vacuum tubes. Confirm the rotor included at time of purchase.
Designed for whole blood (for PRP/plasma separation), urine and small-volume environmental samples (water/soil extracts). Use appropriate tubes for each sample type.
RCF depends on rotor radius. This model reaches up to 4000 r/min which yields a maximum specified RCF of 2200×g. For exact RCF at a given RPM use RCF = 1.118 × 10^-5 × r (mm) × RPM² or consult the rotor documentation.
Always balance tubes by weight, use appropriate sealed tubes, ensure lid is locked before starting, do not open while running, avoid corrosive/flammable samples, and follow local biosafety and waste-disposal rules for clinical samples.
Wipe the chamber and rotor with a mild disinfectant after use, remove spills promptly, periodically inspect rotors and adapters for damage, avoid immersing electrical parts, and service bearings/seals per supplier recommendations.
If it vibrates: stop and rebalance tubes. If it won’t reach speed: check power supply and rotor seating. If noisy: inspect rotor and bearings. If lid won’t lock/unlock: power cycle and inspect latch. Contact technical support if problems persist.
The machine is intended for laboratory separation of blood components. Use in clinical procedures must comply with local medical regulations and institutional protocols. Check with your regulatory body and supplier for clinical-use certification.
Recommended: compatible vacutainer tubes, PRP tubes if required, rotor adapters for smaller tubes, spare gasket/lid seals, and an accurate balance for tube weighting. Ask the supplier for compatible consumables.
Standard supply is AC 220 V 50 Hz 5 A. If your local mains differ (e.g., 110 V or 60 Hz), use an approved transformer or order the correct regional version from the supplier to avoid damage and safety risks.
Machine noise is specified as ≤60 dB(A), comparable to a quiet office; actual noise depends on rotor, load balance and installation surface.
Periodic verification of speed/RCF and lid interlocks is recommended. For regulated labs, perform calibration and certification per institutional requirements—either in-house with calibrated instruments or via an authorized service provider.
Warranty coverage and certifications (CE, ISO, etc.) vary by supplier. Request the product manual, certificate of conformity and warranty terms from the vendor prior to purchase.
Ship in original shock-absorbing packaging. Store and operate in a dry, dust-free environment at ambient temperature, on a stable level surface. Avoid prolonged storage in extreme temperatures or high humidity.
