Product Description

This is the PSD series crusher bucket, which has a Japanese patent and won the 2011 Japan Land Technology Development Excellence Award.It is suitable for excavators of 6-90 tons.International leading green technology crushing, widely used in limestone,granite, basalt, marble, reinforced and waste material recyling.

Belt drive system is currently used in other similar products, but we are using our independent design of direct drive system which makes maintenance much easier.The hydraulic motor and driveshaft directly connect which makes maintenance easier. large inlet and discharge with 15-120mm adjustable.

Working Principle
 

Its way of working consists on a bucket with two crushing jaws inside. One of them is fixed and the other one is driven by motor directly and moves back and forth relative to it, has a unique, aggressive figure-eight crushing motion that produces high quality
cubical product, enabling the aggregate to be reused on site.

By reversing the rotation, clogged materials can be easily released. The upper and lower jaw plates can be exchanged with each other, and the rear and front sections can be exchanged. We are using direct drive system which makes maintenance much easier. The reinforcing bars can be easily removed from crushed reinforcement
