The counter is made from artificial solid surface materials such as Corian, acrylic solid surface and engineered quartz stone. These materials are non-porous, durable, scratch-resistant, anti-pollution, warm to the touch and easily repairable.
2. Can the reception counter be customized?
Yes. We offer full customization (size, shape, color, edge details, integrated sinks/lighting, logos, etc.). We accept OEM/ODM and can work from your drawings, designs, pictures and requirements.
3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is 1 piece, so single bespoke counters are accepted.
4. How many colors and surface finishes are available?
There are more than 300 color options, and you can choose between matte or glossy surface finishes. Custom colors are also accepted.
5. Do you provide free samples or design services?
Yes. Free samples and free design services are offered. Shipping charges for samples may apply depending on destination; please confirm when requesting.
6. What is the warranty on the counter?
The product comes with a 10-year warranty. Warranty terms cover manufacturing defects; normal wear, misuse or improper installation may not be covered—details available in the warranty document.
7. What quality standards and certifications do you have?
We perform 100% inspection and a four-step quality test before delivery. The product meets EU quality standards and has passed tests such as CUPC, CE and ISO. We also have the ability to meet UV test requirements and hold or can provide GMC/UL related documentation as applicable.
8. What is the typical lead time for a custom reception counter?
Lead time depends on design complexity, material and order size. Typical timelines are 3–7 days for design confirmation and 10–30 days for production. Final lead time will be provided with your quote.
9. How do I get a price quote?
To provide an accurate quotation please send your required dimensions, preferred material, finish (matte or glossy), color or color code, quantity, any special features (lighting, sinks, logos), and delivery address. We will respond with price, lead time and shipping estimates.
10. What packaging and shipping options do you offer?
Counters are packed with protective materials and strong export-grade wooden crates to prevent damage. We can arrange sea, air or courier shipping and provide FOB, CIF or door-to-door options; freight costs are quoted separately.
11. Do you provide installation services?
We provide installation guidance and detailed instructions. On-site installation services can be arranged in many locations for an additional fee or via local certified installers—please inquire for availability and costs.
12. How should I clean and maintain the solid surface reception counter?
Clean regularly with mild soap and warm water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners, strong solvents (like acetone) and excessive heat. Minor scratches or stains can typically be repaired by light sanding and polishing or by a qualified service technician.
13. Can the counter be repaired or refinished if damaged?
Yes. Solid surface materials are easily repairable—scratches, chips and stains can usually be sanded, filled and polished to restore appearance. We can provide repair instructions or recommend service options.
