A complete brewhouse system designed for brewpubs, bars and restaurants that includes mash tank, lauter tank, kettle, whirlpool, hops adding system, piping and associated components to brew from 1 to 60 BBL (HL).
Flexible configurations: two-vessel (mash/lauter + kettle/whirlpool), three-vessel (mash/lauter + kettle + whirlpool or mash + lauter + kettle/whirlpool), or four-vessel (mash tun, lauter tun, kettle, whirlpool).
Three heating options: electric heating, steam heating and direct fire heating. You can choose the method that best suits your site utilities and production needs.
Interior shell standard SS304 stainless steel (SS316L optional). Exterior cladding SS304 standard with optional copper finish. All piping, valves, wort pumps and flow meters are SS304. Platform is SS304.
Capacities are available from 1 to 60 BBL (HL). Please specify desired batch size when requesting a quote so we can supply the correct vessel dimensions and ancillaries.
Choose from PLC automatic control, semi-automatic control, or manual control depending on your automation preference and budget.
A CIP system is available and includes acid and caustic tanks, pumps, piping, valves and trolleys. CIP is recommended for sanitary, efficient cleaning of vessels and pipelines.
Compatible fermentation tanks (insulated, 3mm inner/2mm outer, 3 bar pressure rating) with cooling jackets, glycol water tanks, chillers, glycol pumps and associated piping are available as part of the complete solution.
Filtering options include diatomite (candle), membrane and bag filters. Bright beer tanks are available as double-layer insulated tanks for maturation and conditioning.
Yes—glass bottle lines (800–2000 BPH options), canning lines (approx. 1000–1500 CPH), and keg washing/filling machines or integrated keg lines are available to match production output.
Ancillaries include malt milling systems (mill, grist case, conveyor), pumps (mash/wort/glycol), heat exchangers, hop back system, wort and brewhouse piping, flow meters and platform access.
Construction uses 100% TIG welding and sanitary polished surfaces for ease of cleaning and compliance with food-grade hygiene standards; SS316L can be specified for higher corrosion resistance.
Yes—installation, start-up commissioning and on-site operator training are offered. Remote support and documentation are provided as part of the handover.
