KR Series Particle packing machine working principle:
The working principle of the particle loading machine is that the material is added to the weighing bucket by the feeding mechanism (pneumatic gate). After the controller receives the weight signal from the sensor, it controls according to the preset program value. At the beginning, it carries out fast (fast, medium and slow) feeding; When the weight is ≥ (target value - overshoot value), the slow acceleration signal output is stopped, the feeding door is completely closed, and the constant value weighing is completed. After the bag clamping signal is input, the unloading door of the weighing bucket will automatically open. When the weight is ≤ the zero setting value, the unloading door of the weighing bucket will automatically close, and the bag will automatically release and fall onto the conveyor belt. It will be sent to the bag sewing machine for bag sewing and then enter the next process. At the same time, the controller will enter the next control cycle.
