Working principle：
The working principle of vacuum filling machine (self-discharging type) is to connect the air source. Place the bottle to be filled into the mold directly below the filling head and seal it with the filling head. At this time, the CAM opens the mechanical valve, and the vacuum bottle valve is closed and the suction valve is opened, so that the vacuum generator produces vacuum (negative pressure). Forming vacuum environment system (vacuum bottle - filling head - filling bottle - filling head silicone tube). Vacuum suction fills the bottle with material. When the material inside the bottle rises to the height of the outer casing of the filling head. Because the vacuum suction through the outer sleeve, the bottle material sucked into the vacuum bottle so that the bottle material always maintain a certain height until the filling bottle is removed. The mechanical valve closes and the vacuum generator stops producing vacuum. Suction tube closed.
