Hard and Soft Biscuit Production Line

This fully automatic production line is designed to produce a variety of biscuit types, including soft, hard, soda, and sandwich biscuits. It offers an efficient and automated solution for biscuit manufacturing with the following key stages:

Production Process:

1. Mixing: Flour and water (or other ingredients) are mixed to form the dough using a dedicated mixing machine.
2. Feeding: The dough is fed into the forming machine, which includes three rollers for continuous pressing, automatic forming, and waste recovery. It features frequency conversion speed regulation.
3. Sheeting: The dough is sheeted to the desired thickness.
4. Moulding: The dough is shaped and cut into desired biscuit forms.
5. Scrap Recycling: Any excess dough is recycled for reuse.
6. Baking: Biscuits are baked in an electric oven. The oven is divided into sections, each 2 meters long, with a total length of 10 meters. It features 20 kW of power for efficient baking.
7. Cooling: After baking, biscuits are cooled naturally on a mesh belt conveyor. The cooling process is adjustable and the belt length is 2 meters.
8. Stacking: The cooled biscuits are automatically stacked.

• Mixing Machine: Mixes flour and water into dough, and can work separately or with other equipment.
• Feeding Machine: Dual-purpose roll printing and roll-cutting machine that forms biscuits automatically, including waste recovery.
• Electric Oven + Tail Rack: Bakes biscuits with adjustable heat and a total length of 10 meters, ensuring uniform baking.
• Oil Spray Machine: Sprays oil onto biscuits for a glossy finish. It includes automatic fuel injection, temperature control, and adjustable spray volume.
• Conveyor: Cools biscuits after oil spraying with adjustable speed and natural cooling.
• Electrical Control Center: Controls the oven temperature, ensuring precise baking conditions.
