The cultivator is offered in three models: 3ZY-1.2 (working width 1,200 mm), 3ZY-2.0 (2,000 mm) and 3ZY-2.8 (2,800 mm), covering a range of widths to suit small to larger fields.
Matched tractor power ranges by model: 3ZY-1.2 — 25 HP, 3ZY-2.0 — 40 HP, 3ZY-2.8 — 50–60 HP. For heavy or compacted soils choose a tractor at the high end of the range.
Working depth is adjustable from 100 mm to 240 mm (10–24 cm), depending on soil conditions and the setting of the tractor three-point linkage/top link.
Plough body (disc) quantity by model: 3ZY-1.2 — 2 pcs, 3ZY-2.0 — 3 pcs, 3ZY-2.8 — 4 pcs. Disc configuration provides flexible weed control and soil mixing.
It uses a standard three-point suspension (II type) linkage for easy attachment to most tractors with category II three-point hitches.
Total weight by model: 3ZY-1.2 — approximately 150 kg; 3ZY-2.0 — approximately 210 kg; 3ZY-2.8 — approximately 290 kg.
Yes. Bearings and other core components come with a 1-year warranty. Terms and coverage details are provided with purchase — keep your invoice and serial number for claims.
Regular maintenance includes greasing bearings and pivot points before use, checking and tightening bolts weekly during heavy use, inspecting discs for wear, and replacing worn parts as needed. Perform a full inspection and service at the start and end of each planting season.
The cultivator is designed for light to medium and medium-heavy soils and is optimized for weed grass control and seedbed preparation. For very rocky or extremely compacted soils, operate with caution and consider heavier-duty equipment.
Working width is determined by the model you select (1.2 / 2.0 / 2.8 m). Within each model you can fine-tune disc spacing and operating setup (depth, top link adjustment) for better row coverage and weed control.
Typical forward speeds are in the range of 3–8 km/h depending on soil type, moisture and desired intensity of cultivation. Slower speeds increase penetration and weed uprooting in heavier soils.
Yes. Common wear parts such as discs, bearings, blades and fasteners are available through the manufacturer or authorized dealers. Provide model and serial number when ordering parts.
This cultivator is optimized for secondary tillage: weed grass control, residue mixing and seedbed preparation. It is not intended to replace heavy primary tillage equipment on very compacted ground.
Park on level ground, lower the three-point hitch, align lower links and secure pins, attach the top link and adjust length, check hitch pins and safety clips, and ensure all fasteners are tight before operation. Always stop the tractor and remove the key before working under or around the implement.
For transport, secure the cultivator in its lifted position, lock any adjustable parts and observe local vehicle width regulations. Travel at low speed on roads. For storage, clean soil off components, lubricate moving parts, store indoors or cover with waterproof sheeting, and inspect for worn parts before next use.
