The HCCTG Android POS System is an all-in-one point-of-sale terminal running Android 11, built for modern retail and hospitality environments such as restaurants, cafés, boutiques and retail stores. It combines a 7" touch display, customer display, built-in 80mm thermal printer, and multiple I/O ports for peripherals and payments.
Key specs include an RK3566 quad-core Cortex-A55 CPU (up to 1.8GHz), ARM G52 GPU, 7" 1024×600 multi-point capacitive touchscreen, standard 8-character LED customer display (optional 20×2 LCD), and a built-in 80mm thermal printer with auto-cutter.
The unit runs Android 11 and supports Android-based POS applications. Most modern Android POS apps are compatible; for custom integrations or an SDK, contact the vendor for developer documentation and recommended app versions.
I/O includes 1 power button, 1 DC input, 1 cash drawer port, 1 COM port, 4 USB ports, 1 Ethernet network port (RJ45), 1 TF (microSD) card slot, optional SIM card slot (for cellular models), and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Yes. External payment terminals, barcode scanners, receipt scanners and scales can be connected via USB, COM or Ethernet depending on the peripheral. For EMV/contactless integrations, use a compatible external payment terminal and consult the payment provider for certification.
The system includes a built-in 80mm thermal printer with an auto-cutter. It requires standard 80mm thermal paper rolls.
Yes. The standard customer display is an LED 8-character readout. An optional LCD customer display (20 characters × 2 lines) is available. Other accessories include optional cash drawer models (330J and 410J), a 2W speaker, Dallas key for secure access, and advanced external customer displays.
Two optional drawers are available: 330J (4 bill/8 coin or 5 bill/4 coin configurations) with dimensions 335 × 368 × 80 mm (W×L×H), and 410J (adjustable 2–8 coin compartments with 4 or 5 bill slots) with dimensions 410 × 416 × 112 mm (W×L×H).
The POS uses a 24V 4A external power adapter. The system supply specification lists 12V/4A for internal components — use only the supplied or vendor-recommended adapter to ensure stable operation.
Some configurations include an optional SIM card slot for cellular data. Confirm with your vendor whether your model ships with cellular modem support and which cellular bands are supported.
Software updates depend on your vendor or integrator. Because the device runs Android 11, app updates come from your POS software provider or Google Play (if enabled). For firmware, drivers and security patches, contact HCCTG or your reseller for official releases and installation instructions.
The device supports integration of third-party Android POS applications. For an SDK, API documentation, or assistance with peripheral integration (printer, cash drawer, customer display), contact the vendor or reseller to obtain developer resources and technical support.
The HCCTG Android POS is designed primarily as a countertop terminal. Optional mounting brackets or stands may be available from the vendor — check with your supplier for compatible mounts or kiosk enclosures.
Wipe the touchscreen with a soft, lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild screen cleaner; avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For the printer, keep the paper path clean and use recommended thermal paper. Follow vendor maintenance guides for periodic checks and safe cleaning procedures.
Warranty terms and support services vary by vendor and region. Contact the reseller or HCCTG representative for details on warranty length, coverage, optional extended support plans and RMA procedures.
