The kit includes the GT45 turbocharger (floating bearing), a 600 x 300 x 76 mm intercooler (tube & fin) with 3" (76 mm) in/out, and an oil feed & return line kit (oil feed: 1000 mm x 14 mm ID; oil return: 550 mm x 21 mm ID).
Designed for 3.0L to 6.0L engines. Fitment depends on engine bay space, exhaust routing and flange compatibility—verify measurements and clearances for your vehicle.
Compressor: Trim 50, inducer diameter 69 mm, exducer 98 mm, A/R 0.66. Turbine: Trim 78, inducer diameter 88 mm, exducer 77.5 mm, A/R 1.05.
The turbo is rated to support boost power up to 600+ bhp when paired with proper supporting modifications, fueling and tuning.
Core size: 600 x 300 x 76 mm (24 x 12 x 3"). Overall size: 780 x 330 x 76 mm (31 x 13 x 3"). Inlet/outlet: 3" (76 mm). Core design: tube & fin.
Oil feed line: 1000 mm length with 14 mm inner diameter. Oil return line: 550 mm length with 21 mm inner diameter. Lines are provided to connect turbo oil supply and drain—proper routing and slope to the sump are required.
Exhaust (turbo manifold) flange: T4 4-bolt flange. Exhaust (downpipe) flange: 3.5" V-band flange.
The kit requires an external wastegate (not integrated). You must provide or install a properly sized external wastegate and dump/actuator plumbing.
The turbo uses a floating bearing design.
Yes. Any turbo upgrade, especially one capable of 600+ bhp, requires a professional ECU tune to adjust fueling, ignition timing and boost control to ensure reliability and performance.
Recommended upgrades include higher-flow fuel injectors and fuel pump, upgraded exhaust, intercooler piping and couplers, boost controller or electronic wastegate controller, stronger clutch/transmission components, and engine internals based on target power.
Professional installation is strongly recommended. Proper manifold fitment, oil feed tapping, gravity oil return routing, plumbing, downpipe, intake piping, and a custom tune are typically required.
With the GT45 hardware and A/R values shown, expect moderate spool—slower than small-frame turbos but optimized for high-flow at mid to high RPM for large displacement (3.0–6.0L) engines. Exact spool will vary with engine displacement, cam timing and tune.
The spec sheet lists turbo height and width as 243 cm and 273 cm, which is likely a unit typo. Confirm actual physical dimensions with the seller before purchase to ensure fitment.
Regular oil changes with high-quality oil and filter, inspect oil feed/return lines and clamps for leaks, check intercooler piping and couplers, verify wastegate operation and boost leaks, and follow break-in/run-in procedures (prime turbo oil before first start).
