Wheel Type Composting Turner Machine is an automatic composting and fermentation equipment with long span and depths of livestock manure, sludge and garbage, filtration mud, inferior slag cakes and straw sawdust in sugar mills, and is also widely used in fermentation and dehydration in organic fertilizer plants, compound fertilizer plants, sludge and garbage factories, garden farms and bismuth plants.Wheel type compost turner is a type of auxiliary equipment for organic materials fermenting and composting processes. It is composed of heavy cranes stretching across the fermenting grooves and a small crane stretching across the heavy cranes. There is a blowing device on the small crane, which is consist of wheels, chains and driving system. Under the effect of chain drive mechanism, the wheel with large diameter starts to turning symmetrically. Speed-regulating trolley can shift left and right, achieving the big span composting with low energy consumption. This high-performance compost turner can process fermented organic wastes up to 3m in depth and 30m in width.

1. Wheel Type Composting Turner Machine can move forward, backward and turn freely and all these moves are manipulated by one person. 
2. The bio-organic materials should be piled first on the ground or in workshops in a strip shape.
3. Compost turner works by bestriding above the strip compost piled in advance; rotating knives installed on a strong rotary drum under the tractor rack are the exact tools to blend, loosen or move piled compost.
4. After turning, a new strip compost pile is formed and wait to continue fermentation. 
5. There is compost thermometer to measure compost temperature so as to a second time turning.
