Working principle of grape stem removal crusher:Grapes are directly transported from the feeding hopper to the crushing device system, passing through a sieve and a stem removal shaft.
The stem removal shaft rotates, and the leaves on the stem removal shaft act to disperse and separate the fruit grains and stem branches.
The stem removal blades are installed in a spiral shape on the main shaft and rotate at high speed to discharge the stem branches from the end of the sieve.
After removing the stem, the fruit grains fall into the receiving tray through the circular holes on the sieve and are transported to the next process.
