The standard supply includes a 7-ton manual decoiler (capacity 7T) with coil diameters typically 450–550 mm. A hydraulic decoiler is available as an option on request.

Standard coil width is 1200 mm (this can be adjusted per customer requirements). Standard coil diameter range is 450–550 mm; other ranges can be accommodated by specifying them when ordering.

5. What raw materials and thicknesses can the machine process?

The machine is designed for color/pre-painted steel used in TR4/IBR roof sheets. It can typically handle common roof sheet materials such as pre-painted steel, galvanized steel or similar alloys. Main frame: 350H steel. Roller stations: 16 stations. Roller material: 45# steel with quench treatment and hard chrome plating. Shaft material: 45# steel with tempering treatment. These specifications ensure rigidity and long life for forming operations.

7. What is the motor power and forming drive?

The main motor power specified in the description is 5.5 kW. Drive and speed arrangement will be matched to the profile and production requirements; final drive configuration is provided on the quotation and machine drawing.

8. What control system does the machine use and what automation is included?

The machine uses a PLC control system (Delta brand indicated) with a Delta frequency inverter and an Omron encoder. Functions include automatic control of sheet length and quantity for automated forming and counting.

The machine is equipped with an automatic hydraulic cutting system. Blade material is Cr12 MOV with quench treatment. Cutting is powered by a 4 kW system and the typical cutting tolerance is ±1 mm.
