1. What are the working/travel dimensions of this CNC router?

The machine travel area is X 1300mm × Y 3100mm × Z 230mm. The table size is 1340mm × 3500mm.

2. What kind of table does it use and how does the vacuum table work?

It uses a vacuum table that holds panels by suction, eliminating the need for physical clamps. The dust-suction system doubles as vacuum fixation to speed up loading/unloading and keep the work surface clean.

3. What automatic tool change (ATC) options are available?

Standard ATC configurations are 6–12 tools in-line; optional systems support up to 8–16 tools. Tools are arranged in a linear magazine on the machine’s rear and can be switched automatically during programs.

4. What is the spindle specification?

The spindle is a 9 kW air-cooled high-speed ATC spindle with speed range 0–24,000 RPM, using a Fuling inverter for control.

5. What is the positioning and machining accuracy?

Processing accuracy is ±0.025 mm and repositioning accuracy is ≤0.025 mm.

6. Which control system, motion components and motors are used?

The machine uses a Syntec control system (6MB) and Taiwanese HIWIN square linear guide rails. X/Y/Z transmission: rack & gear and Germany ball screw. Drive motors and servo drivers are Japanese YASKAWA.

7. Which file formats and CAM software are supported?

The controller accepts G-code and HPGL. The machine is compatible with common CAM software and process codes including Mastercam, Type3, UG, Artcam, and Caxa. It also has file pretreatment functions to correct errors and improve 3D curve/ polyline accuracy.

Yes — a dust-suction system plus a 4.0 kW dust collector automatically extracts sawdust and chips, keeping the table and machine clean and reducing manual cleaning time.

11. What optional or automated features are included?

Included features: automatic oil-filling system, automatic Y3+X2 positioning (pushes material after processing), selectable ATC tool counts, and automatic tool change with high-speed spindle.

12. What materials can this CNC router process?

Primarily designed for woodworking: solid wood, plywood, MDF, particleboard, HDF, plastics (acrylic, PVC), composite panels and light non-ferrous materials. Not recommended for heavy ferrous metal milling.

13. What are the machine dimensions, packing and weight for shipping?

Packing dimensions: 3200mm × 2080mm × 1900mm. Net weight ≈ 1800 kg; gross weight ≈ 2000 kg. Machine is packed in a standard export wooden case.

14. How easy is it to learn and operate the machine?

The unit has a separate keyboard control system and a simple Syntec FC interface designed for quick learning. Most customers can master basic operation in a short time. Supplier training is recommended for production workflows.

Regular maintenance includes lubrication (automatic oil filling helps), checking/cleaning dust filters and vacuum ports, inspecting tool holders and spindle bearings, and replacing worn cutters.
