Yes. There are more than 300 color options including multiple blacks. Surface finishes are available in matte or glossy, and custom color matching is accepted.

Yes. Sizes and designs are fully customizable to your requirements. We offer OEM/ODM services and can manufacture to your drawings, pictures or specifications.

Yes. Free sample swatches and free design services are offered. Shipping costs for physical samples may apply depending on location—please confirm with sales.

The desk comes with a 10-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.

8. How long does production and delivery take?

9. Do you ship internationally and how is the desk packed?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Desks are securely packed to protect the solid surface during transit. Freight options and insurance can be provided—shipping costs depend on destination and order size.
10. Is installation included and can you arrange on-site installation?
Installation can be arranged upon request. We can ship fully assembled or in modules for easier transport. If you need local on-site installation, we can help coordinate or provide detailed installation instructions.
11. How do I clean and maintain the solid surface desk?
Clean with mild soap and water or a non-abrasive household cleaner and a soft cloth or sponge. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and direct cutting on the surface. For heat protection, use trivets or pads for hot items.
12. What if the desk gets scratched or damaged—can it be repaired?
Yes. Solid surface materials are easily repairable. Minor scratches can often be sanded and polished out; deeper damage can be repaired by a professional using matching solid surface filler and refinishing.
13. Is the material safe for clinical or food-service environments?
Yes. The material is moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, anti-bacterial and has no formaldehyde volatilization, making it suitable for offices, clinics, spas, restaurants and other public environments.
